Available at Saint Therese of Corcoran, Saint Therese of Oxbow Lake in Brooklyn Park, Saint Therese of Woodbury, and IHM Senior Living Community, our spacious, well-appointed assisted living apartments for individuals or couples are available in one- or two-bedroom floor plans. Features include a kitchen with standard appliances, walk-in shower and other amenities for comfort and convenience. Care plans may include medication management and health monitoring, assistance with daily activities, such as dressing or bathing, and an emergency pendant for added safety and assurance.
The vibrant Saint Therese communities offer residents opportunities to stay active and well with onsite wellness and fitness programs, personal care services such as a barber and beauty salon, an engaging activities calendar and much more. Our pastoral care program provides support for spiritual needs as well as regular Mass and ecumenical worship services.

Whereas we don’t offer dining packages, we have a variety of options available to meet the needs and preferences of community members. Assisted living residents may dine in our dining rooms, cafés or bistros or even choose to order a meal for delivery to their residences!

No. Each Saint Therese assisted living resident is billed monthly only for the rate of his or her specific apartment, the care services he or she receives for the month in question and any applicable fees relating to late/incomplete payment or damages.
We welcome mobility aids in both our care center and senior apartments as long as they are operated safely and considerately.
